STANDARD SHIPPING
UK — sent via Royal Mail, 48-hour tracked and signed. Please allow 4–8 days from dispatch.
International — sent tracked and signed. Please allow 7–14 days from dispatch.
If you're out when delivery is attempted, a card will be left with details on collecting your parcel or rearranging delivery.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
UK — DHL next-day service.
International — DHL Express, arriving in 3–4 days.
RETURNS
Not quite right? We'll sort it.
Send your item back to us unused, unworn, and in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt, with a note inside stating your name, order number, and reason for return.
- Refunds are issued in full on receipt — or we're happy to exchange instead, if you'd prefer.
- For hygiene reasons, knickers and bodysuits can't be returned.
- Delivery charges are only refunded if the item is faulty.
- Sale items are final.
- Please allow 7 working days for your refund to be processed.
Return postage is at your own cost, and the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us. We'd recommend a tracked, insured service for your own peace of mind.
