Delivery and Returns
We ship worldwide and aim to process your order within 3-5 working days. Please note that most of our products are hand made in house so dispatch times may vary according to availability, it may take a few extra days to catch up on processing orders. Your patience is appreciated.
Standard UK shipping is sent on a 48 hour tracked and signed service with Royal Mail. Standard international shipping is sent International track and signed. If you are out when delivery is attempted a card will be left with details on where to collect your item or how to rearrange delivery.
Please allow a maximum of 4-8 days for UK delivery and 7-14 for international orders.
Express UK shipping is sent with Parcel Force on a 1 day service. Express international shipping is sent via UPS and can take up to 3/ 4 days.
If you are an international customer, you may need to pay customs charges and/or taxes when your order arrives in your country. Please check with your country’s customs and border control for more info on this. Miss Crofton cannot be held responsible for any charges incurred when importing items into your country.
You will receive an email confirming that your order has been dispatched.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that, however, simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 14 days of receipt. Please make sure you put a note in your parcel stating your name, order number and reason for return. Buyer pays postage and is responsible for the item until it is returned. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
If returning from outside the UK please return with 0 value and state ( return or exchange of goods). Any charges we receive will have to be paid by the customer
Returned items should be unused and unworn and must be returned in original packaging. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge and a 5 handing fee. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item.
Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.
