Please allow 4-8 days for UK shipping and 7-14 for international. Please check your country's customs and border control for specific information on customs charges.
EU Tax and customs not included.
Items can be returned for a refund within 14 days from date of
receipt, as long as the items are in their original condition, with no
signs of wear/ damage.
Postage on all orders will not be refunded, this includes cases
where 'Free Shipping' has been applied.
Miss Crofton does not refund any customs or tax charges. If you are
returning an item from outside the UK you need to state that it is a
return or it may be charged customs on arrival, which Miss Crofton will
not be responsible for.
